Eric Survilas of Winthrop is the sixth grand prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$500 a Week for Life†instant game. Survilas elected to receive his prize in payments of $500 (less tax with holdings), every week for the rest of his life. There is a minimum 20-year guarantee on the prize. He plans on using his winnings to buy a car and a new motorcycle.
His winning ticket was purchased at Lucky Convenience Mart, 1 Pauline St. in Winthrop. The store will receive a $5,200 bonus for its sale.
