District Superintendent We Chang, First Church Pastor Alexx Wood, Buddy Mangini, East Boston Chamber of Commerce president, and United Methodist Bishop Sudarshana Devadhar were all on hand to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the formation of First Church in Winthrop. The congregation and community came together on Sunday, Jan. 14, to celebrate.
