In a remarkable culinary journey, members of the local Girl Scout Troop 70227 were treated to an unforgettable day at Sarma, Greater Boston’s top-ranked restaurant. Sarma opened its doors to the troop, offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour led by the renowned Chef and Owner, Cassie Piuma.
Cassie orchestrated a culinary masterpiece, guiding the troop through three distinct cooking stations. The meticulously crafted menu featured phyllo-crusted chicken tenders, a Mediterranean salad with pomegranates, Israeli couscous with brown butter tomato sauce, and a delectable finale of pistachio/chocolate/apple jam-filled rugelach.
