The format of Meet the Candidates Night will be:

1. First, the Candidates will have two-three minutes each to describe their policies or say anything relevant about their candidacy that they chose.

2. Next, the Moderator will ask the candidates the same 6-8 questions and the candidate will have 2-3 minutes to answer.

3. Candidates will have 3-5 minutes at the end to summarize or address the audience.

4. Finally if time permits the audience will have an opportunity to ask questions of the candidates.
