Retired Proprietor of Peter’s Variety in East Boston
Priscilla (Georgopoulos) Prozantes, a resident of Winthrop for 70 years, passed away at the Massachusetts General hospital on October 11. She was 91 years old.
Prior to her retirement, Priscilla was the proprietor of Peter’s Variety in East Boston.
She was the beloved wife of the late Charles N. Rozantes. Born in Boston, the daughter of the late Peter and Ponata (Shpehou) Georgopoulos, she was the devoted mother of Nicholas Rozantes and his wife, Faith, George Rozantes and his wife, Doan, both of Winthrop, and Peter Rozantes and his wife, Paula. of Wellesley; adored grandmother of Evan Rozantes and his wife, Megan of Beacon Hill, Alexis McEvoy and her husband, John and Ruth Rozantes, all of Winthrop and Emma Rozantes of Wellesley; loving great-grandmother of Olivia Rozantes, Theodore, Leo, and Teagan McEvoy; the dear sister of Pauline Chiochios and her husband, Charles of California and the late Charles Georgopoulos and sister-in-law of Thelma Georgopoulos of Winthrop. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

John Copeman
Retired Winthrop School Custodian
John W. Copeman of Winthrop passed away at the Whidden Hospital on October 9. He was 82 years old.
John was a Life Member of the Winthrop Lodge of Elks #1078, and served in the U.S. Army Reserve. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a custodian for the Winthrop Public School System.
He was the beloved husband of the late Roberta B. (Gillis) Copeman; devoted father of Stacey P. Sabbag and her husband, Albert of Middleton. Born in Winthrop, he was the cherished son of the late John Copeman and Estelle (Casey) Copeman and the dear brother of Estelle “Nancy†Johnson of Winthrop. Funeral arrangements were by the Maurice W. Verizon Service Manager of New Hampshire, formerly of Winthrop
Patricia S. “Patty†Euefueno of Gilmanton Ironworks, NH, formerly of Winthrop, passed away on October 6. She was 47 years old.
Patricia was employed by Verizon as a service manager.
She was the loving wife of Ronald (O’Mal) Euefueno; devoted mother of Melissa Euefueno of Gilmanton Ironworks, NH; cherished daughter of Patricia “Pat†(Gibbons) Euefueno of Tilton, NH and the late George Euefueno; dear sister of Bill Euefueno and his wife, Lisa of Virginia Beach, VA, and Mike Euefueno of Gilmanton Ironworks, NH and is also survived by many cousins and friends who will love and miss her deeply. She now gets to be the angel she always was.

Thomas J. “Tucker†Molloy of Winthrop passed away suddenly at home on October 10. He was 71 years old.
Thomas was a member of the Winthrop Lodge of Elks #1078 and was a retired employee for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority as a Maintenance Manager.
Born in Winthrop, the son of the late Patrick and Harriet (Boyd) Molloy, he was the beloved husband of Patricia (Farrell) Molloy; devoted father of Colleen Molloy and her husband, Frank Ouellette of Winthrop, Kimberly Costigan and her husband, Patrick of Winthrop, and Kathleen Costigan and her husband, Brian of Bridgewater, NH; adored “Papa†of Michael, Kelly, Christopher, Katelin, Julie, and Karalyn; dear brother of Patricia “Patsy†Wall of Winthrop, Joanne Silva of Jaffrey, NH, Jeanne Skobeleff and her husband, Richard of Winthrop and the late Robert “Gunner†Molloy, Richard Molloy, John Molloy, Kevin P. Molloy and Mary Donnelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Retired Barber
Joseph A. Amentola of Golden Drive, Winthrop passed away at the Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on October 7 after a brief illness. He was 72 years old.
A retired barber and a Winthrop resident for several years, he was born in Boston, the beloved son of the late Joseph Amentola and Vincenza (Foti). He was the dear brother of Marie Monteleone of Winthrop, Ralph Amentola of Florida and the late Vincent Amentola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Paul Hagan
Eastern Airlines Retiree; Worked for Town of Winthrop
Paul R. Hagan, Jr. of Walden Street, Winthrop passed away at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on October 10 after a brief illness. He was 79 years old.
Born in Boston, he was the beloved son of the late Julia and Paul R. Hagan, Sr. A lifetime resident of Winthrop, he served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. After being honorably discharged, he went on to become an operations agent for Eastern Airlines. After retiring from the airlines, he worked for the Town of Winthrop maintaining the sports fields. He was also a member of the Winthrop Yacht Club.
He was the devoted husband of Mary E. (Mulkerron) and the loving father of Paul Hagan and his wife, Sheila, Keri DeArville, Mark Hagan and his wife, Donna, Gina Wallwork and her husband, David, Joel Hagan and Dawn Manning and her husband, Keith; the dear brother of Patricia Hagan of California, the late Richard Hagan and his wife, Patricia, Judy Jalbert and her husband, Butch of Florida and Dennis Hagan of Boston. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, one great grandchild, six stepchildren and 19 step grandchildren.
His funeral was conducted from the Ernest P. Caggiano and Son-O’Maley Funeral Home, Winthrop on Tuesday, October 15 followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church Winthrop. The Rev. Peter Graziano celebrated the mass and offered prayers at the interment in the Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery.
