Rams Take the Flag Football Championship in Winthrop

The Winthrop Flag Football League, under the direction of Parks and Recreation Direction Sean Driscoll and League Coordinator Eric Mack, completed a successful season.

More than 250 athletes, in grades kindergarten through eighth grade, participated on teams with NFL names such as the Patriots. The NFL is a sponsor of the league.

Games were conducted at Ingleside Park from April through the end of June.
