Teachers Contract – Stalemate needs to be resolved

We understand the contract mediation session between the teachers and the town has been moved up a few days in the hope that a resolution to the two-year stalemate can be achieved.

They have been waiting patiently during the tough economic times that the town and everybody else has been facing during the past two years, but the time has come for their plight to receive the undivided attention of town officials and the School Committee.
