to the pandemic, the guidelines have shifted to offer more flexibility for home appraisals and now appraisers can get the job done by surveying the exterior of the home and by reviewing photos remotely. That paired with the fact that interest rates are at a new all-time low, has bolstered business for MSA.
“It’s so important that people know there are options whether it be to reduce their term from a 30-year to a 15-year, reduce their monthly payment or cash-out to do repairs around the house. We’ve refinanced hundreds of customers in the last few months with our no closing cost option and they’re now appreciating a significant monthly savings.â€
