Military serving overseas?

Dear Editor,

Let’s help bring a little bit of the Holidays to relatives, friends and neighbors serving overseas with the United States military. The Christmas Holidays will soon be upon us. If you have a sister, brother, uncle, neighbor or boyfriend serving in the United States military who won’t be home for Christmas, either in the United States or overseas . . . . . . send me their name and address and I’ll make sure they receive a Christmas tree care-package from American Legion Post 146 and the residents of Winthrop. We will put a smile on their face, a smile in their heart and a smile in their stomach. They don’t even have to be from Winthrop.
