Aly Rose Esthetics Has All Your Skincare Needs in One Place

Licensed esthetician, Alyssa Marino, believes that the only experience more calming than the sound of the ocean waves outside her Winthrop home is receiving a facial treatment. One can unwind while being cared for at Marino’s hygienic, boho-chic skincare boutique, Aly Rose Esthetics, located in Epidermis & Company, 260 Revere Street.

“I aspire to set a relaxing atmosphere for my clients with neutral tones, dim lighting, and essential oils,” said Marino, who studied at The Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy, Medford.

Some of the most popular services offered at Aly Rose Esthetics since it opened in June 2023 have been hydrofacials, which cleanse, detoxify, exfoliate, and hydrate skin, and collagen induction therapy, or microneedling, which improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.

Marino offers lash and brown enhancement packages, such as lash lifting and tinting, and brow lamination and tinting. She also provides chemical peels, full body waxing, and spray tanning.

During Self Care Sundays, individuals or small groups of two-four can receive lymphatic drainage facials or body healing sessions.

Marino suggests new clients book a customized facial that will benefit all skin types. The individualized treatment is designed to maintain or improve one’s skin by determining and addressing its needs.

“I hope that Aly Rose Esthetics continues to grow into that place you go for your esthetic needs, whatever they may be,” shared Marino, who has a passion for traveling. “I love what I do. I want to evolve in my profession and connect with my clients so that I can better serve them.”

Contact Alyssa Marino at (617) 539-6299 to schedule an appointment. New clients will receive 20% off skincare services. Refer a friend, and receive a 20% discount on one’s next visit.
