Sweethearts Valentine Sale at St John’s Episcopal Church

St. John’s will be hosting our  annual Sweethearts Valentine Sale on Saturday  February 11 from 10am to 2pm, at 222 Bowdoin St. Winthrop, Ma. 02152 to lift you out of your mid-winter doldrums!

Visitors will discover delectable desserts, lovely decor and themed gifts to add delightful luster and surprise for heartfelt gift giving just in time for Valentines Day three days later.

The fair will feature a vast array of confections to woo any sweet-toothed (or salty-toothed) friend, family member, teacher, boyfriend, girlfriend, theyfriend and anyone else you can think of!

Among the tempting selections will be heart-shaped cheesecakes, heart-shaped sugar cookies, pecan mini pies, eight-layer shortbread cookies and so many other cookies, cakes and treats – festively packaged and ready for giving!

Our beautiful and extremely affordable selections of Jewelry will have you looking for a friend and probably a little something for yourself!

Our premier attraction will be a spectacular hand-designed, handmade Valentine Quilt in lovely colors of reds, whites and pinks for raffle, along with four other wonderful raffle prizes, all valued well over $500 and any one of these could be yours for a minuscule donation price of a $1 per ticket!

. John’s Makers have been hard at work and have created a beautiful selection of hand knit items and one-of-a-kind love-themed gift baskets, wreaths & handmade greeting cards. 

Additionally, there will be some new-with-tags decor items, balloons and extremely cute stuffed animals.

Shoppers can be assured of finding the perfect gifts for all their loved ones. 

St John’s fairs are known for congenial shopping in a warm, welcoming and buoyant  social atmosphere, where friends greet long-time friends and even start new friendships!

Next on the St John’s event calendar is our annual Spring Craft Fair slated for Saturday April 15 10am-2pm. Nothing out of the package here – We pride ourselves on offering some of the best crafters and makers around, long-distance and local alike.
