WIHA Announces 2022 Christmas Ornament Design

The Winthrop Improvement & Historical Association (WIHA) has announced the design for its 2022 Holiday ornament, “Celebrate with the Deane Winthrop House”.

This year’s ornaments are deep maroon in color. The graphic combines the tradition of the nearly 400-year-old Deane Winthrop House with the excitement of Winthrop’s annual Fourth of July fireworks display.  These two features of life in Winthrop help to make our Town unique and special. The message of “Celebrate” is WIHA’s wish for everyone this holiday season.

Artist and Winthrop native, Susan Saulnier designed this beautiful ornament.  The price per ornament is $12.

“Celebrate with the Deane Winthrop House” is available for purchase at Shirley True Value Hardware, Woodside Ace Hardware, The Winthrop Book Depot, Simon’s Winthrop Book Store, The Winthrop Meat Market, Swett’s Liquors, The Senior Center, and Salon Luxo.
