Officials Report Only Eight New Cases of COVID-19 in Town

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has notified Town officials of eight additional confirmed positive cases of the virus in Winthrop since our last reporting of the numbers on May 6.

These latest cases bring the total positive cases up to 2,278, with 9 in isolation, 35 deceased, and 2,234 recovered.
