facets of the industry including development, sales, and brokerage, so it only seemed fitting that he take Winthrop’s #1 lender, MSA Mortgage, to the next level. Set in a new location with cutting-edge amenities fit for the 40 staff members that Deeb employs, the business is growing, and the territory is expanding.  Last Thursday evening, MSA Mortgage hosted an open house and offered a chance for those in the industry to get a glimpse at the new building and branding.

The new and improved office, located at 354 Main Street, is complete with additional room for the growing staff members, half of whom reside in Winthrop. A state-of-the-art fitness center, comfortable meeting spaces, a media room for staff training, and a kitchen, are some of the many accommodations geared toward the team of lenders.

“We are currently growing as a mortgage company and expanding the territory,” said Deeb, who is on board with staying up-to-date with technology as a way to offer better options to his customers. “We want the digital and online business to grow and hit more states, which is why we are investing heavily in technology.”

Part of Deeb’s growth plan includes the expansion of products and programs including house building, home equity lines and bridge financing which will ease the burden of home owners who have their hearts set on a house but have to deal with selling their current home in an abrupt timeframe.

While Deeb is excited about the growth of the business, he is also realistic about his goals and is hoping to be able to manage and maintain control of the organization. He is a firm believer in being able to cater to his clients beyond business hours and veer away from the corporate-like environment.

In addition to the Winthrop office, MSA currently has offices in Revere, Salem, Framingham, and Vermont and expansion in the North Shore is in the works.
