WIHA President Sandy Joneck-Schiff presents Town Council President Bob Driscoll with a plaque at the Arbor Day celebration in the Deane Winthrop yard on Saturday. A white pine tree was dedicated at the ceremony in memory of long-time Tree Warden Lewis Winter.
