Chief Terence Delehanty reminds people to follow the instructions of law enforcement. The chief also reminds those under the age of 21 that if you are caught with alcohol part of the punishment will be loss of your driver’s license for a year.

FIREWORKS DONATIONS NEEDED

The Winthrop Fireworks Committee is excited to continue the long tradition in Winthrop of bringing families, friends and neighbors together. The Fireworks display would not be possible without our sponsors, donors and supportive residents. One hundred percent of the expenses for the Fireworks display depend on donations. The fireworks committee appreciates your consideration of becoming a partner in making this year’s festivities a success.

If you would like to make a donation, please make checks payable to: Town of Winthrop Fireworks. Checks can be mailed to Town of Winthrop, 40 Pauline Street, Winthrop, MA 02152
