Opiate Information Session On June 29

CASA and the Winthrop Police Department will hold an information session about opiate abuse, Narcan, and the good samaritan law that protects people when calling in an overdose – if you witness a drug or alcohol overdose don’t run – call 911. The session will be held Monday, June 29 at the E.B. Newton Cultural Center on Pauline Street from 6:30-8pm. The session is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
