Emblem Club Announces Essay Winner

Winthrop Emblem Club #15 proudly announces the winners of their essay contest,” WHAT THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES MEANS TO ME.” Eighty three fifth grade students from the Cummings Elementary School participated. Pictured are Cody Bell [1st], Rachel Farley [2nd], Adriana Hester [3rd], Principal Bobbie Finocchio, and Edie Raymond WEC#15. The Winthrop Elks have asked the winners to read their essays at the Elks Flag Day Service on June 5th.
