Captain Flanagan Assists Oklahoma Tornado Victims

Winthrop Fire Department Captain Charles Flanagan is in Oklahoma assisting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) team in the aftermath of the tornadoes that devastated the Oklahoma City area.

Council President Peter Gill made the announcement at the Council meeting Tuesday. A moment of silence was observed for the victims of the Oklahoma tornadoes.
