Field Clean Up was a great success on April 6.
The new Winthrop Little League News and Notes will appear each week to give parents, players, and coaches news and accomplishments and records. The new WLL Board of Directors and coaches want to show how hard the players play and the support they reveive from parents and coaches. One of the purposes of WLL is to have fun and learn about the great game of baseball.
New Scoreboard Coming to Winthrop Little League Field
Thanks to Massport, a new scoreboard will be installed at the “A†Little League Field. The donation will upgrade the present scoreboard that is many years old. WLL President Jay Regan said, “This scoreboard will start the new year off with such a great first step.†The scoreboard will be dedicated at the field in the near future.
