Ribeiro named to Dean’s List

Marina Ribeiro, of Winthrop  has been named to the Fall 2025 Emmanuel College Dean’s List.

Ribeiro is majoring in Neuroscience.

To earn a spot on the Dean’s List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Internicola Named to University of Alabama Fall 2025 Presidents List

Lola Internicola was named to The University of Alabama Presidents List for Fall Semester 2025.

A total of 15,388 students enrolled during Fall Semester 2025 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A’s). These driven students are making waves across UA’s more than 70 undergraduate programs and 12 colleges and schools.

The UA dean’s and president’s lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

University of Mississippi Celebrates Graduate Ethan Coleman

Ethan Coleman, of Winthrop, is among the more than 660 students who graduated from the University of Mississippi in December 2025.

Coleman, who majored in Marketing, received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the School of Business Administration.

“Congratulations to our December 2025 graduates who are distinguished by their dedication to academic success,” UM Chancellor Glenn Boyce said. “They accomplished so much during their years at the university. I applaud them and can’t wait to see all the ways they will continue building their legacies that began here.”

December 2025 graduates are invited to walk across the stage at the University of Mississippi 2026 Commencement exercises, which will be held May 5-9. Morning Convocation will be held Saturday, May 9 at 9 a.m. in the Grove.

Dean’s List honors at Tufts announced

Tufts University recently announced the dean’s list for the fall 2025 semester. Dean’s list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.
