Starting July 25, Stickers are available online only. Order stickers on the Town of Winthrop Website, e-payments tab, then trash and bulk stickers. A debit/Credit Card or checking account information is needed to purchase your bulk item sticker. This program is available to residents in dwellings with 1-3 units only. Bulk Stickers are not transferable to another address or item. Private disposal/removal companies, and junk haulers, cannot purchase or utilize the bulk sticker program. Any item that is taller than 23 inches or wider than 36 inches is a bulk item. Bulk Stickers will be mailed to your residence within 7-10 business days. Place your items on the curb, sticker affixed, after 6pm, the night before, or before 7am the day of collection. Any bulk item(s) without a sticker or an incorrect sticker will not be picked up by the hauler. Fines may be issued if items remain on the curb after 7pm on the scheduled day of pickup. Purchase of Bulk Item Stickers is non-refundable.
