Excellent Leadership

Winthrop is extremely fortunate to have Terence Delehanty as our new town manager. To have had him filling this position temporally, after the previous town manager James McKenna resigned, gave us a chance to experience his excellent ability to perform as our Town Manager. One of the features which our new Council President Ronald Vecchia and Terence Delehanty have initiated is their WCAT program on the Tuesday following each Council Meeting, where they review the subjects acted upon at said meeting.
Thank you Ron and Terry for giving our citizens this greater insight on the issues being acted upon by our Town Council.
