Speaker Deleo Congratulates Joe Boncore

Speaker of the House Robert A. DeLeo officially congratulated Winthrop attorney Joe Boncore on his victory in the State Senate Democratic Primary that was held April 12. Boncore defeated six other candidates to win the nomination for the seat. He is unopposed in the May 10 general election.

Said DeLeo, “Being friends with the Boncore family for many years, I know of their legacy of helping people in need. I believe that Joseph will continue this tradition in the Massachusetts State Senate and I look forward to working with him in that regard.”
