Big Night for Gymnasts: Friday Meet at WHS Will Be the First in 20 Years

The Winthrop High gymnastics team will have a big night of its own this Friday evening when the Lady Vikings will host Marblehead at Winthrop High School, marking the first home meet to be held at WHS in almost 20 years. The girls typically hold their home meets at the Winthrop Gymnastics Academy, but that venue is not conducive to a large number of spectators.

So bring the family Friday evening to the high school for what promises to be a superb demonstration of gymnastic ability by Coach Melissa Wiles’s talented crew.  The meet starts at 7:30.
