Sen. Lydia Edwards and Community Partners Present the Winthrop Pride Potluck
Sen. Lydia Edwards, in collaboration with the Winthrop Commission for Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Relations (CDICR), the Town of Winthrop, and several local sponsors, warmly invites the community to the Winthrop Pride Potluck. This joyous event will be held on Saturday, June 15th, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Ingleside Park located at 125 Brookfield Rd. Winthrop, MA 02152, featuring an array of attractions for all ages.
The celebration kicks off with the BIKE WINTHROP Pride Ride at noon. Cyclists of all skill levels are encouraged to join in this festive ride through our beautiful town. Following the ride, attendees can enjoy an afternoon filled with excitement, including:
• Live Music by the popular DJ Kurt Millar.
• Drop Zone Beer Garden for refreshing beverages.
• Face Painting and a Bouncy House to delight the younger guests.
• Food Delights: Complimentary burgers and hotdogs will be served. Guests are encouraged to bring a favorite side dish and dessert to share.
• Pride Trivia: Test your knowledge and win prizes in a fun-filled trivia game.
This event is a true community effort, brought to you by the Town of Winthrop, the Winthrop Commission for Diversity, Inclusion and Community Relations (CDICR), and the Office of Senator Lydia Edwards. Sen. Edwards to Host Coffee Hour in Winthrop on June 25
(Boston, MA – June 3, 2024) Winthrop – Senator Lydia Edwards will host a Coffee Hour, open to the public, Tuesday, June 25, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM at the Robert DeLeo Senior Center, located at 35 Harvard St. Winthrop, MA 02152.
