Letters to the Editor

Thank You for Your Donations

Dear Editor,

On behalf of Winthrop Veterans/families, and Winthrop Veteran Services, we thank all those who donated to our Veteran Food Bank this past year.  Because of all your donations, we have given out approximately $9,000. in gift cards between Thanksgiving and Christmas.  We also gave out personal care packages, extra food, and buckets containing coats, hats, gloves, etc…You have no idea how much of a positive impact this has made on our recipients!

We are forever grateful, thankful, and blessed to have so many caring people who care enough to make a difference in some lives.

Looking forward to 2022 and making life a wee bit easier for our Veterans/families.

Roseann Trionfi-Mazzuchelli
