Vittoria Fazzolari

Of Revere, formerly of East Boston

Vittoria (Palermo) Fazzolari, 91, of Revere and formerly of East Boston, passed away on Dec. 25 surrounded by her loving family. 

The beloved wife of the late Francesco Fazzolari, she was the loving mother of Rosa Napoli and her husband, Giuseppe of Revere, Rocco Fazzolari and his wife, Teresa of Abington, Teresa Schirripa and her husband, Francesco of Winthrop, Frank Fazzolari and Nancy Giangregorio and her husband ,Pasquale of Revere. She was the cherished Nonna of 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and the dear sister of the late Domenic Palermo, Adolfo Palermo and Immacolata Fazzolari.  She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral was held from the Magrath Funeral Home, 336 Chelsea St. [Day Square], East Boston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, East Boston. Entombment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

Anna Visco

Retired Banking Institution Bookkeeper

Anna L. Visco of Winthrop passed away on Dec. 24. She was 91 years old.

Prior to her retirement, Anna was employed by various banking institutions as a bookkeeper

Born in Boston, the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (Pascarella) Visco, she was the dear sister of Carmella M. “Ella” Austin, Anthony H. Visco and the late Louis J. Visco, all of Winthrop; loving aunt of Mary E. Ham and her husband, Jeffrey of Wenham, William J. Austin III and his wife, Allison of Salem, Joseph T. Austin and his wife, Teresa of San Diego, Calif., and Linda A. Austin of Winthrop. She is also survived by several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Funeral arrangements were from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home, 210 Winthrop St., Winthrop. A Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church-Winthrop on Dec. 31 and services concluded with burial in the Winthrop Cemetery (Belle Isle Section).
