Last week, families and friends throughout the Boston area gathered to give thanks for each other — and the food that symbolizes our national holiday of Thanksgiving. Massport employees joined the Winthrop Community Food Pantry to remember those in our community who were not able to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving feast especially neighbors who are homeless, ill, injured, jobless, or alone.
Winthrop Community Food Pantry serves an average of 90 Winthrop families per month and donations are always needed. 222 Bowdoin Street, Winthrop, 617-846-6884
