Toni Cutrone of Winthrop shows some hesitation before getting on the big Ferris Wheel at Revere Beach last Saturday evening. The Revere Beach International Sand Sculpting Festival drew more than 800,000 people to the Beach over the three day festival including many from Winthrop.
