Letters to the Editor

Thank you for all help

Dear Editor:

How do you say thank you when you are speechless with gratitude? RPM Fitness and the Winthrop Community came through with flying colors at the RPM Fitness Run/Walk to Benefit Survivors by the Sea. We, at SBTS, were humbled by the outpouring of support and generosity. We’re not certain what the Hamilton’s had in mind when this event was in the planning stages, but it far exceeded anything we could have imagined. SBTS’ mission is to Take Care of Our Own and Pay It Forward.   Sunday was proof that the entire Town of Winthrop has the same mission.

On behalf of all our members, we thank you!

OLC (the other Linda Calla)-President; Karen Leslie-Treasurer; Annette Anderson-Secretary; Board Members- Yvonne Cernaro, Patty Frasso, and Karen Wyson.

Thank You to the Town of Winthrop

Dear Editor:

Adriana’s Pastry and Café, we are proud to say is now completely open and serving all natural and organic coffee, breakfast treats, and high quality pastry to our welcomed patrons.

Our extraordinarily smooth beginning is a direct result of a cooperative and supportive effort of family, friends and numerous town officials. We, most especially wish to clearly note and thank those responsible for their assistance, guidance, and welcoming approach to our new café and pastry emporium. A special thank you to the wonderful residents of Winthrop, Mr. James McKenna, Town Manager; Mr. Peter Gill, President of the Winthrop Town Council and council members. The Winthrop Police and Fire Departments, the Licensing Board and Board of Appeal committee and all Building Department inspectors. You have openly accepted and welcomed us to your community. Without your leadership, kindness, supportive effort and encouragement we would not have been able to open on time and complete a process that is necessary and vital to beginning a new business. It has been truly a pleasure to work with each of you; and as a result, we are confident that we will be able to serve the great town of Winthrop with only quality products at the highest of standards.

We welcome all to Adriana’s and thank you for your continuing support. We are truly fortunate and grateful to be the newest member of the Winthrop family of businesses.

Thank You Winthrop,

The Schettino Family
