Speaker of the House Robert A. DeLeo and State Sen. Anthony Petruccelli were the guest speakers
at the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce Legislative Luncheon Monday at the Lodge of Elks.
Both legislators talked about their accomplishments and the issues facing the state in the coming
