Council Meeting Postponed: Council Will Meet Tonight (Thursday)

In the light of the snowstorm that arrived Tuesday afternoon, Council President Peter Gill made the sagacious decision to postpone the regular Town Council meeting and reschedule it for Thursday night.

It’s part of the territory of being the Council President when you have to make decisions about the weather and whether an impending storm will make it difficult for residents and the councillors themselves to attend the meeting (although WCAT Executive Director Mike Cabral no doubt would have been there to provide his usual stellar live broadcast of the meeting).

So the Council will convene tonight for its second meeting of the new year and it will be a busy agenda.
