Clark Wins Democratic Primary: Congratulations to the Democratic Nominee to Succeed Ed Markey

Congratulations to State Sen. Katherine Clark on her victory in the Democratic primary in the Fifth Congressional District for the seat previously held by Edward J. Markey. Clark conducting an outstanding campaign and was seen often in our town reaching out to our residents.

Clark was able to garner a strong second-place finish in our town and benefited from having campaign worker extraordinaire, Donna Segretti Reilly, and other volunteers assisting her effort. Clark recorded 32 percent of the vote to beat five other candidates in the primary

Sen. Clark will face off against Republican nominee Frank Addivinola in the Dec. 10 general election.
