Just a reminder that the Winthrop Parks Committee will be holding its Family Fun Night fundraiser Saturday at the Cottage Park Yacht Club beginning at 5 p.m. If ever an event looked like a “fun” one on paper, it is this event being organized by Dawn Sullivan and the committee.
The proceeds will help the town complete its full-scale renovations at Pico Park and then the committee will focus its efforts on the next playground.
If you can help out the committee by attending the event or making a donation, we’re sure that Dawn Sullivan and her group would really appreciate your generosity toward this effort.
