Thank You, Paul Marks: Paul Served the Town in Many Capacities

We join the Town Council and its President Peter Gill in thanking Paul Marks for his years of service to the town, most recently as Chairman of the Board of Appeals. There are many unsung contributors to the town’s well-being on a voluntary basis and Paul Marks has been among those citizens who have quietly and dignifiedly helped Winthrop with their expertise and energy.

Mr. Marks and his wife, Carolyn, decided to move north and we wish them the best of luck. Paul Marks was not only a valuable contributor in town government, but his service in Winthrop youth sports is also to be commended as well.

Thank you, Paul Marks for being a great volunteer and someone who devoted countless hours to improving the quality of life in Winthrop.
