All-Star Performer – Winthrop L.L. honors Peter Pellegriti

It truly is hard to believe, but Winthrop Little League President Peter Pellegriti has been serving the local Little League organization for 50 years.

Winthrop Little League presented Peter with a plaque at the graduation awards ceremony last Thursday at the Little League Field in recognition of his years of dedicated service.

It is difficult to find anyone, in any endeavor, let alone with a youth organization, who has remained with that organization for 50 years, but Peter Pellegriti has devoted literally a lifetime to the generations of Winthrop children who have participated in Little League.

Winthrop Little League has been a successful organization and a credit to our community for many years because of the efforts of Peter Pellegriti. We thank him for his five decades of service and for a job well done.
