Angelina Bruno

Of Revere, formerly of East Boston

Angelina (DiMinico) Bruno of Revere, formerly of East Boston, died in Delaware on May 2.

Mrs. Bruno worked at Dexter and Windsor Sportswear for more than 25 years.

She was the beloved wife of the late Philip J. Bruno with whom she shared 36 years of marriage; loving mother of Patricia Straw and her husband Bruce Straw Jr. of Delaware; dear sister of Mary DiMarino of Norwell and the late Maria Josie Elias, Jennie Trosian and Chris Di Minico; cherished grandmother of Kristen L. Straw and Bruce E. Straw III and great grandmother of Savannah Leigh Conrad.

Her Funeral will be held from Vazza’s "Beechwood" Funeral Home, 262 Beach Street, Revere today, Thursday, at 9 a.m. followed by services in our chapel of the Resurrection at 10 o’clock. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. For directions and guest book www.vazzafunerals.com.

 

Kenneth Stella, 67

Lifelong Winthrop resident

Kenneth G. Stella of Main Street, Winthrop died at the Massachusetts General Hospital on April 24 after a brief illness. He was 67 years old.

Born in Winthrop and a lifelong resident, he was the beloved son of the late Madeline (Scandone) and George H. DeNapoli. Mr. DeNapoli was employed as a laborer for a laundry company for many years.

He was the dear brother of Carol J. Burns of Winthrop and the loving uncle of Christopher and Jonathan Burns.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Ernest P. Caggiano and Son Funeral Home, Winthrop. Burial was in the Cross Street section of Winthrop Cemetery. To sign his online guestbook go to www.caggianofuneralhome.com
