MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9

10:53 AM: Off. Donnellan stopped a MV on Irwin St. When the RMV computer revealed that the license of the operator, a Winthrop resident, was suspended, the officer issued a citation to her for the criminal charge of operating a MV with a suspended license.

1:37 PM: Off. Ferullo stopped a MV on Veterans Road and issued a citation to the operator, a Beverly resident, for the CMVI of operating a MV with defective equipment.

2:22 PM: Off. Ferullo stopped a MV on Veterans Road and issued a citation to the operator, a Marblehead resident, for the CMVI of operating a MV trailer with an expired registration. The trailer was towed.

2:45 PM: Off. Donnellan stopped a MV at Delby’s Corner and issued a citation to the operator, an East Boston resident, for the CMVI of failing to stop at a stop sign. When the RMV computer revealed that the operator’s license was expired, she also was cited for that criminal offense.

4:41 PM: A Lincoln St. resident reported that a neighborhood youth shot paint balls at his house. Off. Ferullo responded and seized the paint ball gun from the 10-year-old youth and will contact his parents.

5:06 PM: Officers dispersed a group of about 20 youths from the parking lot at the White Hen.

5:48 PM: Officer Ferullo stopped a MV on Shore Drive and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

5:50 PM: Officer Ferullo stopped a MV on Shore Drive and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

6:05 PM: A Winthrop St. resident reported that his MV had been egged in the morning. The victim said he suspected a neighbor.

6:10 PM: Officer Ferullo stopped a MV at Shirley St. and Washington Ave. and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10

10:47 AM: A caller reported that a trash truck took down phone lines on Locust St.

1:08 PM: A report of a smell of natural gas at Revere and Shirley streets was referred to the WFD.

2:14 PM: A report of a German Shepherd loose in the area of the 1000 block of Shirley St. was referred to the ACO.

5:20 PM: Officers responded to a report of three teen youths banging on the glass windows of a Shirley St. restaurant. The officers spoke to the 14-year-old youths, who are known to the officers.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11

12:15 AM: An officer dispersed a small group of youths from the area of the Gov. Drive parking lot.

12:58 AM: An officer ordered loud music in an apartment on Shore Drive to be turned down.

9:30 AM: A resident reported that her son had used her credit cards without her authorization in the total amount of $8500. She was advised to file an application for criminal complaint in the district court.

10:22 AM: Officers responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a MV at the Cumberland Farms. The pedestrian was transported to the Whidden Hospital.

12:40 PM: A resident came into the station to seek an emergency 209A order that was granted by the on call judge. The defendant was served with a copy of the order.

12:55 PM: A report of a sewerage backup at a Banks St. residence was referred to the DPW.

5:56 PM: A resident reported the larceny of property from her home by her brother.

5:43 PM: Officers assisted the WFD at a fire on Golden Drive that started in a kitchen.

7:54 PM: Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between a father and daughter and restored the peace.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12

8:13 AM: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving a cell phone among family members. The son in law agreed to leave the premises for the day.

9:50 AM: Officer S. Hickey stopped a MV on Veterans Road and issued a citation to the operator, a Winthrop resident, for the CMVI of speeding.

10:04 AM: Officer S. Hickey stopped a MV on Veterans Road and gave a verbal warning to the operator, a Winthrop resident who was taking a child to Children’s Hospital, for speeding.

10:58 AM: Officers responded to a MVA at Ocean View and Bowdoin streets. One MV was towed.

11:54 AM: A report from a MV operator that she struck a cat on Tafts Ave. was referred to the ACO.

2:22 PM: Officer Crisafi stopped a MV at Pauline and Putnam streets and issued a citation to the operator, a Winthrop resident, for the CMVI of failing to stop for a stop sign.

3:02 PM: Officer Freeman stopped a MV on Putnam St. and issued a citation to the operator, a Beverly resident, for a CMVI.

3:17 PM: Off. Acone stopped a MV on Pauline St. He arrested the operator, David A. Capaldo, of Taunton, on three outstanding warrants and on a charge of operating a MV with a suspended license.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13

12:35 AM: Officers dispersed a group of youths from the area of Franklin St.

9:15 AM: A Tafts Ave. resident reported a B&E into her husband’s unlocked MV earlier in the week and that cash and credit cards were taken.

1:00 PM: A 209A order was received from the district court to be served upon a local resident named as the defendant.

1:21 PM: Officers responded to a MVA on Pleasant St. Both MVs, operated by a Winthrop resident and a Sturbridge resident, were towed.

3:00 PM: Off. Curran assisted the parties, both Winthrop residents, with the exchange of papers at a fender bender MVA at Main and Hermon streets.

3:06 PM: Off. Acone assisted the parties with the exchange of papers at a minor MVA on Plummer Ave. involving a Winthrop resident and a Capital Waste Services truck.

3:56 PM: Officers responded to a MVA at Pleasant and Main streets. One operator was a Winthrop resident and the other from Austin, Texas. One MV was towed.

11:06 PM: Officer S. Delehanty stopped a MV at Cross and Main streets and issued a citation to the operator, an Everett resident, for the CMVI of failing to stop for a stop sign.

11:09 PM: Officer Freeman stopped a MV on Cutler St. and issued a citation to the operator, a Montgomery, Texas resident, for a CMVI.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14

1:15 AM: Officers responded to a report of a person screaming in an apartment in the 400 block of Shirley St. The victims said three young men broke into their residence and one victim was pistol whipped. The officers arrested Steven Gonzalez, 19, of Boston; Jeffrey Suazo, 19, of East Boston; and Ritchie Melo, 22, of Boston, all on charges of armed home invasion by means of a firearm, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, and unlawful possession of ammunition.

10:09 AM: A report of flooding on Irwin St. was referred to the DPW.

11:07 AM: A Revere St. resident reported a B&E overnight into his MV that was parked in his driveway.

1:42 PM: Officer Ferullo responded to a report of a juvenile who was caught shoplifting at the CVS. The youth was turned over to a parent and was given a No Trespass order.

2:55 PM: Off. Ferullo stopped a MV on Grovers Ave. and issued a citation to the operator, a Winthrop resident, for the criminal offense of operating a MV with a registration revoked for insurance cancellation. The MV was towed.

3:50 PM: Off. Ferullo ordered a tow for a MV parked on Tafts Ave. with a registration revoked for insurance cancellation. The MV, owned by a Winthrop resident, was towed.

4:24 PM: A Gov. Drive resident reported a B&E into his apartment.

4:53 PM: Officer Ferullo stopped a MV on Revere St. and issued a citation to the operator, a Revere resident, for the CMVI of failing to stop for a stop sign.

9:28 PM: Officers assisted with the removal of an unwanted patron from the bar at the Elks.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15

12:25 PM: Off. Donnellan stopped a MV on Veterans Road for the CMVI of speeding. When the RMV computer revealed that the registration of the MV, operated by a Winthrop resident, was revoked for insurance cancellation, the officer issued him a criminal citation for that offense and ordered the MV towed.

2:45 PM: Off. Donnellan responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between a father and son. The son had left the premises.

4:14 PM: Off. Donnellan stopped a MV on Cross St. for the CMVI of a stop sign violation. When the RMV computer revealed that the license of the operator, a Winthrop resident, was expired, the officer issued a citation to him for the criminal charge of operating a MV with an expired license.
