MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2

12:15 PM: Off. Luti stopped a MV at Shirley St. and Ocean Ave. and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3

10:10 AM: Off. S. Hickey stopped a MV at Shirley St. and Veterans rd. and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

2:29 PM: Offs. S. Hickey and Acone responded to a MVA at Magee’s Corner involving three MVs. No injuries were reported. One MV was towed.

3:03 PM: Off. Acone dispersed a group of youths who were playing football on the Town Hall

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4

9:35 PM: Off. Feeley responded to a MVA in which a delivery truck struck a parked MV at Harvard and Payson streets.

11:29 AM: A resident reported that her Ban of America credit card had been used fraudulently for the purchase of items valued at $296.99 from Ecko Unlimited.

11:44 AM: A report of a dead cat in the road on Revere St. was referred to the ACO.

11:48 AM: A resident came into the station to report that her Macy’s credit card had been used fraudulently in the beginning of October at the Square One Mall and the North Shore Mall for purchases totaling $309.50.

12:20 PM: An attempted arson was reported at Winthrop High by school officials.

5:32 PM: Off. S. Perrin ordered a tow for a MV with its horn alarm sounding on Sea Foam Ave.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5

12:34 AM: A resident reported that her boyfriend had just been assaulted by two other male parties. Offs. Oyola and S. Delehanty went to the East Boston Health Center to speak to the victim.

6:53 AM: An Almont St. resident reported a B&E into both of his MVs overnight.

8:06 AM: A Bowdoin St. resident reported that her MV had been vandalized overnight.

8:07 AM: An Almont St. resident reported a B&E into her unlocked MV overnight.

8:17 AM: Off. Luti stopped a MV on Hermon St. and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

9:18 AM: A Marshall St. resident reported a B&E into her unlocked MV overnight.

9:23 AM: An Almont St. resident reported a B&E into his MV overnight. A window was smashed and a bag with personal papers was taken.

10:38 AM: A Hermon St. resident reported a B&E into his unlocked MV overnight.

1:20 PM: A Franklin St. resident reported a B&E into his unlocked MV overnight. Several items were taken.

1:40 PM: A So. Main St. resident reported a B&E into her unlocked MV overnight.

3:24 PM: A River rd. resident reported a B&E into his MV overnight.

8:37 PM: Off. Freeman stopped a MV on Revere St. and issued a citation to the operator for the CMVI of defective equipment.

11:07 PM: Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between a mother and son in which the son alleged that his mother had slapped him in the face. However, his father asserted that his son had been lying in bed and punching himself in the face. The officers ordered the son to leave the premises.

11:29 PM: Officers returned to the scene of an earlier report of a domestic disturbance and arrested Michael W. Tear, 25, of 7 Locust St., on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6

1:17 AM: An officer responded to a report from a Boston cab driver of a possible fare evasion. The officer resolved the situation.

9:11 AM: Off. Crisafi responded to a report of a crack pipe lying in the street on Summit Ave. Te officer retrieved the pipe.

10:43 AM: Off. Donellan stopped a MV on Veterans rd. and issued a citation to the operator for the CMVI of speeding.

12:01 PM: Offs. Donellan and Crisafi assisted the parties with the exchange of papers at a minor MVA on Woodside Ave.

12:18 PM: Off. Donellan stopped a MV on Washington Ave. and issued a citation to the operator for the CMVIs of speeding and not having a license in possession.

3:32 PM: A copy of a 209A order was received from the East Boston District Court in which the local resident arrested the previous night was named as the defendant.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7

12:25 AM: Off. Freeman stopped a MV at Main St. and Amelia Ave. and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

12:51 AM: Off. Freeman stopped a MV on Main St. and issued a citation to the operator for a CMVI.

11:08 AM: Off. Donellan stopped a MV on Veterans Road and issued a citation to the operator for the CMVIs of speeding, failing to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk, and failing to wear a seat belt.

12:48 PM: Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and advised the parties of their rights.

8:08 PM: Off. Curran dispersed a group of youths from the area of Ingleside Park.

9:38 PM: Off. Curran dispersed a group of youths from the area of River Road.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8

2:00 AM: Officers dispersed a loud group of partygoers on Nevada St.

3:38 AM: Off. Freeman ordered loud music at an Amelia Ave. residence turned down.

6:31 AM: A Chester Ave. resident reported that an egg had been thrown at his house overnight.

10:13 AM: An officer stopped a MV on Main St. and issued a citation to the operator for the CMVI of speeding.

10:55 AM: A Fremont St. resident reported the theft of several items from her home.

11:03 AM: A MV in violation of the 72 hour parking by law was towed from Walden St.

3:43 PM: Off. Turner stopped a MV on Shore Drive and issued a citation to the operator, a Brazil resident, for the CMVI of speeding.

3:57 PM: Off. Turner stopped a MV on Shore Drive and issued a citation to the operator, an Everett resident, for a CMVI.

9:22 PM: Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife.

10:07 PM: Officers responded to a report of a person screaming in the street on Shore Drive. They arrested Anthony Steven Forte, 20, of 148 Shore Drive, on charge of disorderly conduct.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9

4:12 AM: Off. Zichella responded to a report of a barking dog on Sunnyside Ave.

7:48 AM: A Shore Drive resident reported a B&E into her MV overnight.

8:46 AM: Off. Donellan stopped a MV on Revere St. and issued a citation to the operator, a New Hampshire resident, for the CMVI of an expired registration. The MV, which was owned by a Winthrop resident, was towed.
