SUPPORT THE WINTHROP LODGE OF ELKS

Dear Friends, Community Partners, and Valued Supporters,

For generations, the Winthrop Lodge of Elks #1078 has stood as a proud and active member of our community — supporting local organizations, assisting families in need, honoring our veterans, investing in youth programs, and offering a welcoming home for charitable and civic engagement. None of this would be possible without the partnership of businesses and organizations like yours, who have generously stood beside us throughout the years.

Today, we find ourselves at an important moment. Our historic Lodge building, a place that has hosted countless community events and charitable efforts, is in urgent need of major capital improvements. Time has taken its toll, and significant repairs are required to restore the building to the beautiful and functional home our members — and our community — deserve.

To meet this challenge, we are holding a major fundraising event on Saturday, September 19, 2026, open to all members and to the public. This will be one of the largest fundraising efforts in our Lodge’s history, and we are reaching out to the many partners who have worked with us, relied on us, and supported us over the years.

Details

• Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026

• Tickets: $100 per person

• Guest AddOn: Ticket holders may bring one guest for $25 (food only)

• Grand Prize: $7,500

• Second Prize: $2,000

• Third Prize: $500

• Additional prizes, raffles, and a 50/50 drawing will be held throughout the day.

• Winners need not be present to win.

This fundraiser is essential to ensuring that our Lodge can continue its charitable mission for many years to come. We hope that the businesses, organizations, and community groups we have proudly supported — and will continue to support — will take this opportunity to assist us in restoring our building and strengthening the foundation of our future service.

Your participation, sponsorship, or donation will directly contribute to preserving a community landmark and sustaining the charitable work that benefits so many throughout Winthrop and beyond.

On behalf of the officers and members of Winthrop Lodge of Elks #1078, thank you for your continued friendship, partnership, and support. We look forward to welcoming you on September 19 and working together to ensure our Lodge remains a vibrant center of community service for generations to come.

Fraternally, Officers And Members Of Winthrop Lodge #1078 Bpoe
