David Zullo

Co-owner of Six Enterprises

David Zullo, age 46, of Winthrop, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, after a short and devastating illness.

Born on September 1, 1979, to the late James and Roberta (Barbarisi) Zullo, Dave was a devoted husband, father, godfather, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. His life was centered around his wife Kerri, daughter Bella, his extended family and friends, and his business, Six Enterprises, which he proudly co-owned with his friend Mike Feudo.

Dave is survived by all those who loved him: his wife, Kerri Quist; cherished daughter, Bella Zullo, and her boyfriend, Brady Gaughan; siblings: Pamela Cardillo and her husband, Richie, Elizabeth Nunberg and her husband. Robert and James Zullo and his wife, Nancy; his aunt, Candy Barbarisi; in-laws. Kenny and Denise Quist; sister-in-law, Katelyn Quist Zelaya and her husban,d Daniel; and brother-in-law Kenneth Quist and his wife, Alycia. Dave will also be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and the countless friends whose lives he touched.

He will be remembered by many as “Strong Like Bull”—fiercely protective, incredibly generous, and always ready to drop everything for those he cared about. Whether you saw him today, yesterday, or months ago, Dave made you feel like family. He loved deeply and was deeply loved in return.

Kenneth Goddard

Retired Winthrop Firefighter and life member of the Winthrop Lodge of Elks 1078

It’s with great sadness that the family of Kenneth E. Goddard announces his passing on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the age of 91.

Born in Somerville on March 23, 1934, he was the son of the late Earl and Madel (Ramsey) Goddard. He was the loving husband of Marion E. (Ingersoll) in which they shared over 69 years of marriage.

He is survived by his three children; Stephen Goddard and his wife, Anita and former wife, Mary Ann of Winthrop, Kenneth Goddard and his wife, Johanna of Tampa, Florida and Nancy Delcore and her husband, Robert of Hollywood, Florida. He was the proud Papa of Brianna Crombie (Adam) of Winthrop, Elizabeth Goddard and her fiancé, Dylan Tarriago of Charleston, South Carolina, Stephen Goddard of Winthrop, Julie Salemme of Winthrop, Juliana Goddard, Dylan Goddard of Tampa, Florida, Christopher Delcore (Miranda) of Claremont, Florida and Tina Delcore of Hollywood, Florida; Proud Big Papa of Ryan, Raena, Alaina, Gunnar, Gracelyn, Amelia, Henry and River Jo; the brother of Brenda Eddy of Florida and the late Janet LeBoeff and Peter Goddard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He graduated from Winthrop High School Class of 1953 where he played football and ran track. He married his high school sweetheart Marion in May of 1956 and joined the United States Army in September. He is a retired Winthrop Firefighter (25 years) and was a life member of the Winthrop Lodge of Elks 1078.

Kenny was well known for his expertise in wallpapering and painting. You would often see him at Winthrop High School sporting events. He loved walking and running and spending time at the Center Café with friends.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
