Ralph J. Perrotti, in Winthrop, formerly of Charlestown, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 3 at 71 years of age.
The devoted son of the late Josephine and Jaffrie Perrotti, he was the dear brother of Jaffrie and his wife, Sue and Eda and her husband, Bobby and the father of three children and their families.
