The Parc at Harbor View of Winthrop to Host Noted Elder Law Speaker

OnThursday, May 20^th at 10:30 AM, The Parc at Harbor View of Winthrop will host another complimentary online webinar presentation by Certified Elder Law Attorney Patrick Curley of Curley Law Firm LLP in Wakefield. 

The last time The Parc at Harbor View hosted Attorney Curley for an online webinar, it was oversubscribed and drew an overwhelmingly positive response. The May 20^th presentation is entitled “Estate Plan Survival Kit – What you need to protect your family, your assets, and your independence as you age”. 

The presentation will address (1) steps to take to avoid Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Probate; (2) the pros and cons of Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts; and, (3) peace of mind planning to be prepared for ‘what if’ scenarios.”
