Town Reports Nine More COVID-19 Cases this Week

As of Tuesday, Oct. 13, the Massachusetts Department of Health has reported zero new cases. Since the Oct. 6 Town Council meeting, the Town of Winthrop has been notified of  nine additional coronavirus cases.

There have been a total of 424 COVID-19 cases in town, with 24 deceased and 19 currently in isolation; 381 people have recovered from the coronavirus.

Anyone with questions about the COVID-19 situation in town are encouraged to call the COVID-19 information line at 617-539-5848 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or email COVID19info@town.winthrop.ma.us.
