Highland Real Estate Ranked #1 in Winthrop Home Sales for 2018

The statewide Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network reported a banner year for Winthrop Real Estate in 2018. The single-family home prices increased by 11.7 percent to an average value of $530,224.00. The condominium prices also increased by almost 7 percent to an average price of $363,800.00. The multi family average price increased by 2.5% to an average price of $608,700.00.

The MLS Network also reported record activity in the real estate market with 249 different agents and 129 different firms selling homes in Winthrop in 2018.

The Network reported Highland Real Estate as Winthrop’s #1 real estate company with the most homes listed for sale, most homes sold and the highest dollar volume in home sales.

The network reported Sharon Tallent with the most Winthrop homes sold in 2018 and reported Chrissy D’Ambrosio, Jonathan Polino and Atiyeh Cassidy all in the top ten out of a field of 249 different agents that sold homes in Winthrop in 2018. Virginia Brown was reported as Winthrop’s top rental agent.
