The annual arrival of Santa Claus in Winthrop on top of a fire truck will happen on Monday, Dec. 24 starting at 4:30 p.m. on Deer Island. Give a special notice to the refurbished reindeer atop the fire truck. A special shout out should also be given to the driver.Â
