Monday, Sept. 3

Caller on Winthrop Street states a woman hit a man on a lawn mower. They are now arguing in the middle of the street.

Two females detained for shoplifting. Owner did not want to press charges, but both parties were trespassed from the store.

Two car motor vehicle accident with no injuries at Nevada and Shore Drive. Car going the wrong way on the one way backed into another vehicle. Parties exchanged information and will file with their respective insurance companies.

Unit off with two motor vehicles parked on the sidewalk on Shirley Street. Vehicles were issued parking tickets.

91 reports a grill on fire near gas line on Bowdoin Street. WFD responding. WFD clear. WPD units clear.

In the vicinity of Yirrell Beach, a German shepard is on the beach. Caller is concerned for young children on the beach and also that dogs are not allowed on the beach. Units going off to find the dog and no dog showing upon their arrival. Unit spoke to the reporting party who stated that a man took the dog prior to their arrival.

Caller on Lincoln Street states that her husband has gone missing. Wearing a blue sweater with white shirt, khaki pants and tan shoes.  Caller stated that he will try to go to his old house on Fairview Street. BOLO given to all units. Units report that it is unconfirmed that the male actually eloped. Reviewing the security footage and it does not show him leaving the facility. Winthrop Taxi reports not picking anyone up from this location or anyone matching the description. They will call us if they do. 93 located the male. Medical aid was requested and the male was going to MGH.

Caller stated in the Pleasant Street area there is a drone with red and green lights flying high then coming down to the ground fast. Units off on another call.Area search negative. State Police Logan reports they have not received any calls for drones on the the Winthrop side. They will call us if they do.

Caller on Veterans Road states that her grandson and his girlfriend is trying to get into her apartment. She stated she does not want them there. Also states he drives a black Land Rover. Parties left prior to arrival.  They busted the door but never made entry. Officers advised the caller of her rights and attempted to call their grandson to advise him to stay away but were unsuccessful. Units clear and peace was restored for now.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 4

92 was flagged down by a citizen at Shore and Hawthorn Avenue. Parties just had a question.

A group of kids came into the station to report that they believe they may have located a friend’s stolen bicycle parked behind La Siesta Restaurant. Peace restored. A misunderstanding between friends.

Attempt to serve a summons to subject on Hale Avenue. 92 spoke to family member. Female will be home at 11 p.m. No service made.

Male party came into the station to turn in a Samsung black cell phone he found on the street in front of 91 Veterans Road.

Attempted to serve a subpoena to subject on Hutchinson Street. Attempt was unsuccessful, and unit will try again later.

Party came in to the station to report a fraud that victimized his mother on Cottage Park Road.

Customer on Revere Street states that a pitbull is trying to enter the store and attack a smaller dog. No owner, no leash. Caller reports peace restored. No injuries. Dog got lose from Revere Street and dog and owner were reunited.

Attempted to serve subpoena to subject on Hutchinson Street. 92 reports the partner of the female party she was trying to reach gave her all her information, which will be passed on to the DA and the subpoena was given to her partner who in turn will pass it on to her.

Party on Main Street reports a woman yelling in the front yard. 92 reports the woman was yelling on the phone. They checked on the resident and everyone is fine.

Caller on Charles Street state that his house was broken into. Officer reports they did a walk-through. Nothing missing, no one in the home.

Party on Charles Street states a male just broke his bathroom window and fled on foot. Unknown direction of travel. No other information at this time. Caller was not an eye witness to anything. A screen came off the back window. Units will keep patrolling the area. The suspect that the reporter mentioned is believed to be away in rehab at this time.

 

Thursday, Sept. 6

91 enroute to MGH to pick up a prisoner and transport him back to headquarters. 91 headed to East Boston District Court with one male party.

Report of a stove fire on Golden Drive. Unit sent to help with the traffic. It was food on the stove. Fire is venting stove.

Report of a two-car motor vehicle accident at Veterans Road and Shirley Street.Fire and EMS on the scene.G&J enroute. G&J took both vehicles.

Caller on Russell Street was talking in code, but is requesting police assistance. Unknown reason at this time. No other units available. Spoke with the caller who had a disagreement with her son’s dad. Unit will search the area to see if he can locate party. Unable to locate the party. Female party stated male party took some of her belongings while helping her move. Female party will contact male party about missing belongings.

Report of a large tree branch, which fell on the sidewalk on Taylor Street. This is making it hazardous for pedestrians. Unit took care of the tree branch.

Well-being check requested by Charlie 1. Charlie 1 states family called headquarters and were concerned for their daughter on Shirley Street. No weapons. No other information at this time. No answer at the door at this time either.

Caller from Boston Emergency Medical Services states he was checking on a female on Faunbar Avenue who is now causing a disturbance. No known weapons. Party transported to hospital. 93 asked her for name and DOB. Female party refusing to give her information.

Party states there is a needle on Main Street near the school on the golf course side. Party will show the officer the location of the needle.

Caller on Somerset Avenue states part of her tree broke and fell into the street. Need an officer to the scene for safety. Branch was moved to the sidewalk. Unit contacted DPW to remove the branch.

 

Friday, Sept. 7

Caller on Sea Foam Avenue states that her neighbor is playing loud music.  She stated she went downstairs to knock on the door and no answer. Units clear, no noise and the building is in complete darkness. This call was unfounded.

Neighbors are banging on the ceiling at Governors Park. Unit will go speak to the other party. However, it did seem to be an animal in the hallway. Units spoke to both parties and this is an ongoing issue.

Caller at Winthrop and Pleasant streets states a dog has been barking outside for about two hours. Units clear, dog has been brought inside and peace restored for now.

Caller at Winthrop and Pleasant streets. She stated she called earlier and officer drove by and kept going. Dogs have been outside barking for hours. Caller knocked on owner’s door with no response. Would like an officer to speak to them.  Officer spoke to the parties and they let the dog out and take him in when he starts barking.

Party on Veterans Road states that his tenant called and stated that his car tires were slashed. He also stated it was two males on bikes. Negative search for suspects. Officer returned to original area and there were no vehicles with slashed tires.

Caller at Grovers and Sagamore Avenue states it looks like a sinkhole is forming by the storm drain and would like someone to check it. A small hold near the sewer cover. 92 will put a cone and DPW was notified.

Report of a dead cat in front of house on Oceanview Street.Unable to locate cat.

Party came to the station to report she is being harassed. A report to follow.

Caller at Governors Park states that her upstairs neighbor is banging on the ceiling. This is an ongoing issue. Management company tried to call the upset is neighbor, but there was no answer. They would her to call the police. Units states they have been there many times. Management does not seem to take note of it. Units clear, no one seems to be home. No noise coming from the building.

Party states a white elderly male accosted her in the T&T Convenience Store. He is still in the store. Caller is outside. 94 escorting a party to his address.

Caller reports that there is a car alarm going off in the area of the East Boston Savings Bank. Caller called back to state that the alarm stopped. No need for police.

Party at Shore and Dolphin Avenue states two girls are fighting. One got into a vehicle and the other is still no the beach. State Police notified.

Report of car alarm going on and off on Bartlett Road. Unit stated the car alarm was set off because someone tried to get into the trunk of the car without the key. Owner was getting her nails done. Peace restored and units cleared.

Party on Pleasant Street states her inlaws were at her house screaming at her but no longer on the scene. She is requesting to speak to a unit. Caller went to the statin after her in-laws left the scene. Unit meeting the party at the station per Charlie 1. Party grabbed her belongings.

Party is at Ariiana Coffee Shop and states there is someone flying a drone and it up too high and too close to the airport. No drone zone all of Winthrop. Caller believes the drone is being operated near the Pleasant Park YC.

Party on Palmyra Street states that an involved party is verbally harassing her and calling her derogatory names. She is asking for police. Party went to the station to file a report.

Male party is in the hospital and no one at the group home on Pearl Avenue is answering. Hospital is requesting an officer to go by the home and have someone call the hospital. Unit made contact with a staff and staff member will contact Union Hospital.

Units back at Governors Park because now the upstairs neighbors are turning off her television. Units spoke to party and she stated that her TV was back on.

 

Saturday, Sept. 8

Caller on Golden Drive states a woman is yelling in the hallway on the first floor. After speaking to the party, unit requested medical. Reached out to nurse and someone will respond. Patient refused medical aid.

Lyft driver walked into the station to turn in a bag that a passenger left is his vehicle. Owner was contacted and will have a friend pick up the bag.

Caller on Central Street states that a dog bit her dog. ACO took control and officer spoke to both parties.

Party on Faun Bar Avenue requesting assistance in getting her large dog back into the residence. ACO notified and till care of it.

Calling party at Governors Park states that her neighbors keep slamming her windows shut. This is an ongoing situation. Units spoke to all parties involved in this ongoing situation. When speaking to the person who allegedly slams her windows, she stated that her window jams and possibly causing the noise. All parties working with social workers.

Party on Russell Street states that 11 youths outside her house on bikes that she witnessed beating up on a male party. They have boxing gloves and the neighbor is concerned it was a real fight. No issues at this time.

Loud party reported on Trident Avenue. Units advised parties to keep it down.

Loud party on Tewksbury Street. There is a DJ with speakers, etc. Caller states that the party is in the back yard. It was a children’s birthday party where they had a microphone going off. They have turned the microphone off for the night.

Another loud party reported on Nahant and Sewall avenues. Winthrop Aux. states this is a private party with a police detail.

Another loud party on Pleasant Street. Party is all set for the night.

Report of three females outside speaking loudly on Sunset Road.Three individuals who live in the area. Parties were advised to keep it down.

 

Sunday, Sept. 9

Yet, another loud party reported on Johnson Avenue. Units spoke to the parties to keep it down for the night.

Caller reports there was a male party yelling and harassing his wife outside Highland Realty. Caller states he now sees the male pacing outside, possibly in the Crest Avenue area. Second caller reports that the male party is in front of the laundromat. The party was in good spirits and sent on his way.

Walk-in from Ingleside Avenue to report a harassment.

Burkley Police called to inform us that vehicle that was reported stolen by them should be on Shore Drive. Vehicle confirmed stolen. Tow requested and G&J responded. Units request State Police to respond as it is on Shore Drive. State Police on the scene and they towed the vehicle via Todisco Towing.

Caller on Siren Street states a white male with tattoos walking around the area asking people random questions and is knocking on doors.

Party on Bowdoin Street reports that while he was away in N.H. his car was broken into. He stated that the vehicle was left unlocked and a few hundred dollars were stolen. Caller wanted to know if we’ve received any calls for break-ins in this area. Nothing came up.  Caller was encouraged to file a report but stated he does not wish to speak with an officer at this time.

Party from Revere Street came in to report that someone slashed his tires to his motor vehicle.

Assisted Revere PD with vehicle who failed to stop which they followed into Winthrop. Units put out a BOLO for the vehicle. S6 assisted and units were advised to stand by o the line to assist if needed. Revere PD has one in custody. Two other males fled on foot in Revere. No description given.

Caller at Perkins and Shirley Street stated that a party is trying to leave a cab without paying. Cab stated he drove him from the Fenway and tried to talk to him nicely to have him pay. Units stated that the party paid the fee. He was drunk, but he checks out.

Party on Highland Avenue states a vehicle is running and has been for over an hour with a male party inside. Units sated that the male party checks out. He is an Uber drive who dropped someone off and was on his phone. He was advised he needs to get a Massachusetts license as soon as possible.
