Council Funds Labor Contracts

The Town Council has agreed to fund one-year contracts, retroactive to July 2017 for the fire department, the department of public works department and police department personnel.

Tuesday night the council approved $49,200 for fire, $23,800 to DPW and $5,900 for police personnel.

The funding reflects a 2-percent increase given for July 1, 2017, and expires June 30, 2018.
