Last Thursday, Winthrop’s newest business, Inc.Ubate, opened its doors and founder, Michael Lucerto, invited residents and prospective members to celebrate along with him at the grand opening.
As Winthrop’s first co-working space, Inc.Ubate has the capacity to house 35 remote professionals who are looking for a new way to work. In addition to working amenities and simplified networking, members have access to a guest speaker series, member highlight nights, professional development workshops, and a business mentor program.
“I hope that this space will help connect our community’s entrepreneurial spirit to the right resources, be that human, technical, or service based, in order for their business to thrive and succeed here in Winthrop and beyond,†said Lucerto.
Members will have access to Wi-Fi, black & white printing, color printing, copy/scanner, a business mailing address, conference room, whiteboard room, phone booth rooms, private meeting room, lounge, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea and a bike rack for those who opt for smart commuting.
Located on 7 Somerset Ave, the space will be in the heart of the town center.
